Freehold sale - prices start from £800.00 plus VAT at 20%
Freehold purchase – prices start from £900.00 plus VAT at 20%
Leasehold sale – Prices start from £850.00 plus VAT at 20%
Leasehold purchase – Prices start from £1,000 plus VAT at 20%
